Every valve undergoes 100% hydrostatic and pneumatic testing in full conformance to applicable API standards and industry codes. Additional tests include valve body strength tests, hydraulic pressure seal tests, gas seal tests, RT (Radiographic Testing), DPI (Dye Penetrant Inspection), MT (Magnetic Particle Inspection), UT (Ultrasonic Testing), spectral analysis, PMI (Positive Material Identification), low leakage tests, high & low-temperature cycle tests, life tests, fire tests, extra-cryogenic tests, microstructure tests, and all types of mechanical properties tests.
